Tronic is an ultramodern, fully integrated transmission
with automatic shift capability. The concept sets the
standard for reliability, cost-effectiveness and
environmental compatibility. Well-proven ZF transmission
technology, successfully mated to modern electronics,
makes the advanced ZF-AS Tronic system a seriously
cost-effective proposition. Drivers may select between
automatic and manual driving modes. In either mode,
drivers don't have to operate a clutch and can concentrate
fully on driving the coach safely. Being that the ZF AS-Tronic
is a manual transmission, routine maintenance is much
reduced while returning significant fuel economy increases
